A total solar eclipse is a pretty spectacular event for those who are lucky enough to be located where they can experience its full effect. Unfortunately, El Paso and Las Cruces will miss the total eclipse curve, but we will see a partial eclipse starting at 10:23 am and it will be at its maximum eclipse at 11:47 am.
